At 4K COSMO, we want you to feel confident in your beauty routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your 4K COSMO account and select the 'Order History' tab to identify the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
